The 5-12 Months course covers topics such as building a strong attachment with your baby, encouraging independence while maintaining a secure bond, the importance of playtime for bonding and development, introducing solid foods, creating a flexible schedule, and supporting cognitive and physical development.
The 0-12 Months Bundle offers a comprehensive, age-specific, and holistic approach to your child's sleep. We focus on the CALM method (Connection, Alignment, Lull, and Managing Expectations), which is easily accessible and actionable. Our program includes short videos and detailed written content, making it possible to access whenever and wherever needed.
